Appointments and Cancellation
Please note that we request at least 24 hour advance notice of appointment cancellation. • We make sure that we schedule enough time for your appointment so please check in 10 minutes prior to the start of any appointments. If you are late we may shorten your service or reschedule. • A major credit card will be necessary to reserve time for multi-service appointments. No shows will be charged 100% of the full service booked. • $ 25 .00 charge for all returned checks. • We offer store credit instead of refunds on the services purchased. • We offer no exchange or refunds on make up or opened skin care products.
